APROBAR el pago de la VALORIZACION DE MAYORES GASTOS GENERALES POR AMPLIACIÓN DEL PLAZO N° 32 DE ACUERDO A LA DECISIÓN Nº 33 DE LA JUNTA DE RESOLUCION DE DISPUTAS (JRD), a favor del CONSORCIO VIAL KUELAP, que involucra la ejecución de la obra: "MEJ. VÍAS DEP. AM-106, TRAMO: EMP. PE- 5N (BALZAPATA)-JUMBILLA-ASUNCIÓN EMP. PE- 8B (MOLINOPAMPA); AM-110: CHACHAPOYAS-LEVANTO; TRAMO: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO) AM-111: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO)-LONGUITA-MARÍA-KUELAP, PROV. DE CHACHAPOYAS - BONGARÁ Y LUYA – AMAZONAS", con CUI N° 2196451; por la suma ascendente a S/ 4´153,967.60 (cuatro millones ciento cincuenta y tres mil novecientos sesenta y siete con 60/100 soles) sin IGV, en atención al Informe N° 447- 2025-G.R. AMAZONAS/SEDE-SGSL-PEVIII, de fecha 12 de agosto de 2025, emitido por el Administrador de Contratos del Proyecto Eje Vial III, y por los fundamentos expuestos en la presente resolución.
