APROBAR el pago de la VALORIZACION DE MAYORES GASTOS GENERALES POR AMPLIACIÓN DEL PLAZO N° 30 DE ACUERDO A LA DECISIÓN Nº 30 DE LA JUNTA DE RESOLUCION DE DISPUTAS (JRD), a favor del CONSORCIO VIAL KUELAP, que involucra la ejecución de la obra: "MEJ. VÍAS DEP. AM-106, TRAMO: EMP. PE- 5N (BALZAPATA)-JUMBILLA-ASUNCIÓN EMP. PE- 8B (MOLINOPAMPA); AM-110: CHACHAPOYAS-LEVANTO; TRAMO: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO) AM-111: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO)-LONGUITA-MARÍA-KUELAP, PROV. DE CHACHAPOYAS - BONGARÁ Y LUYA – AMAZONAS", con CUI N° 2196451; por la suma ascendente a S/ 3´629,817.64 (Tres millones seiscientos veintinueve mil ochocientos diecisiete con 64/100 soles), en atención a lo informado por el Administrador de Contratos del Proyecto Eje Vial III, y por los fundamentos expuestos en la presente resolución.
