AUTORIZAR el PAGO DE LA VALORIZACIÓN N° 08 POR MAYORES METRADOS N° 12, a favor del contratista CONSORCIO VIAL KUELAP, ejecutados en la Obra: MEJ.VIAS DEP. AM-106,TRAMO: EMP. PE-5N (BALZAPATA) - JUMBILLA - ASUNCION EMP.PE-8B (MOLINOPAMPA); AM-110: CHACHAPOYAS - LEVANTO; TRAMO: EMP.PE-8B (TINGO) AM-111: EMP.PE-8B (TINGO) - LONGUITA - MARIA - KUELAP, PROV. CHACHAPOYAS-BONGARA Y LUYA-AMAZONAS, con CUI N° 2196451, correspondiente al periodo del 01/12/2024 al 31/12/2024, por el monto de S/ 14,497.01 (catorce mil cuatrocientos noventa y siete con 01/100 soles), la misma que no incluye IGV e incluye reajustes; cuyo porcentaje de incidencia del monto total del mayor metrado ejecutado representa el 17.21% del monto del contrato original, y por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
