APROBAR la CONTRATACION DIRECTA para la "ADQUISICIÓNDE COMBUSTIBLE (DIESEL BS-550) PARA REALIZAR TRABAJOS DE MITIGACIÓN Y REDUCCIÓN DE IMPACTO DE DAÑOS A CONSECUENCIAS DE INCENDIOS FORESTALES EN LAS PROVINCIAS DE, CHACHAPOYAS, LUYA Y BONGARA, EN EL MARCO DEL DECRETO SUPREMO Nº 097-2024-PCM·", por el importe de S/ 855,000.00 (Ochocientos cincuenta ycinco mil con 00/100 Soles), que corresponde a 50,000.00 galones; al enmarcarse en la causal de SITUACION DE EMERGENCIA establecida en el sub literal b.1) del literal b) del artículo 100º del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, aprobado mediante Decreto Supremo Nº 344-2018-EF y sus demás modfiicatoria,spor las consideraciones expuestas en la presente resolució,nde acuerdo al siguiente detalle:
