AUTORIZAR el PAGO DE LA VALORIZACIÓN N° 11 POR MAYORES METRADOS N° 11, a favor del contratista CONSORCIO VIAL KUELAP, ejecutados en la Obra:"MEJORAMIENTO DE VÍAS DEPARTAMENTALES AM-106, TRAMO: EMP. PE- 5N (BALZAPATA)-JUMBILLA-ASUNCIÓN EMP. PE-8B (MOLINOPAMPA); AM-110: CHACHAPOYAS-LEVANTO; TRAMO: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO) AM-111: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO)-LONGUITA-MARÍA-KUELAP, PROVINCIAS DE CHACHAPOYAS, BONGARÁ Y LUYA – REGIÓN AMAZONAS", correspondiente al periodo del 01 al 07 de febrero de 2024, por el monto de S/ 26,750.54 (Veintiséis Mil SetecientosCincuenta con 54/100 soles) sin IGV, e incluyendo utilidad y reajustes; cuyo porcentaje de incidencia del monto total del mayor metrado ejecutado representa el 16.81% del monto del contrato original, y por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
