AUTORIZAR el PAGO DE LA VALORIZACIPN N° 01 POR MAYORES METRADOS N° 11, a favor del contratista CONSORCIO VIAL KUELAP, ejecutados en la Obra: "MEJORAMIENTO DE VIAS DEPARTAMENTALES AM-106, TRAMO: EMP. PE- 5N (BALZAPATA)- JUMBILLA.ASUNCIÓN - EMP. PE.8B (MOLINOPAMPA); AM-110: CHACHAPOYAS-LEVANTO; TRAMO: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO) AM-111: .EMP. PE-.88 (TINGO)-LONGUITA - MARIA - KUELAP, PROVlNClAS DE CHACHAPOYAS, BONGARÁ Y LUYA - REGION AMAZONAS, correspondiente al periodo del 19 al 31 de diciembre de 2022, por el monto de S/ 50,755.92 (Cincuenta Mil Setecientos Cincuenta y Cinco con 92/100 Soles/; cuyo porcentaje de incidencia del monto total del mayor metrado ejecutado representa el 10.17% del mont del contrato original, monto menor al 15% establecido en el numeral 205.11 del artículo 205 del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, y por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
