AUTORIZAR el PAGO DE VALORIZACIÓN N° 09 POR MAYORES METRADOS N° 05, a favor del contratista CONSORCIO VIAL KUELAP, efectivamente ejecutados en la Obra: "MEJORAMIENTO DE VIAS DEPARTAMENTALES AM-106, TRAMO: EMP. PE- 5N (BALZAPATA)-JUMBILLA-ASUNCIÓN EMP. PE-8B (MOLINOPAMPA); AM-110: CHACHAPOYAS-LEVANTO; TRAMO: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO) AM-111: EMP. PE-8B (TINGO)-LONGUITA-MARIA-KUELAP, PROVINCIAS DE CHACHAPOYAS, BONGARÁ Y LUYA - REGIÓN AMAZONAS", que corresponde al mes de enero 2023, por el monto de S/395,997.67 (Trescientos ventano y cinco mil novecientos noventa y siete con 67/100 soles) incluyendo los reajustes, sin IGV; cuyo porcentaje de incidencia del monto total del mayor metrado ejecutado representa el 10.77% del monto del contrato original, monto menor al 15% establecido en el numeral 205.11 del Artículo 205 del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, y por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
