ARTICULO PRIMERO: DENEGAR la solicitud de AMPLIACIÓN EXCEPCIONAL DE PLAZO, por un periodo de CINCUENTA Y NUEVE (59) DÍAS CALENDARIO, solicitada por el Contratista ejecutor de Obra "CONSORCIO KOLKATA" para la culminación de la Ejecución de Obra: "CONSTRUCCIÓN CARRETERA DEPARTAMENTAL RUTA AM-103 TRAMO COLL0NCE - PROVIDENCIA, PROVINCIA DE LUYA, REGIÓN AMAZONAS"
