ARTICULO PRIMERO.– APROBAR LOS CRONOGRAMAS DE EJECUCIÓN DE OBRA ACTUALIZADOS POR LA AMPLIACIÓN DE PLAZO N°01, referente a la IOARR: REPARACIÓN DE SISTEMA DE ABASTECIMIENTO DE AGUA POTABLE EN LA EMPRESA MUNICIPAL DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO BAGUA SA, DISTRITO DE BAGUA, PROVINCIA DE BAGUA - DEPARTAMENTO DE AMAZONAS, con CUI N°2595781, cumpliendo lo establecido en el Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley N° 30225 “Ley de Contrataciones del Estado - Decreto Supremo N° 344- 2018 y su modificatoria Decreto Supremo N°162-2021-EF.
