Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones - Amazonas

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: DAR POR CONCLUIDO Y DEJAR SIN EFECTO, A PARTIR DEL 23 DE DICIEMBRE DEL PRESENTE AÑO, la DESIGNACIÓN del Abog. WILLY PAÚL FERNÁNDEZ RAMÍREZ, como SECRETARIO TÉCNICO DE LAS AUTORIDADES DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DISCIPLINARIOS de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones Amazonas; dándole las gracias por los servicios prestados a la Entidad.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DESIGNAR, A PARTIR DEL 23 DE DICIEMBRE DEL PRESENTE AÑO, al Abog. GLORIA REATEGUI DE BAUTISTA - Asesor Legal de la Oficina de Asesoría Jurídica, en adición de sus funciones como SECRETARIO TÉCNICO DE LAS AUTORIDADES DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DISCIPLINARIOS DE LA DIRECCIÓN REGIONAL DE TRANSPORTES Y COMUNICACIONES AMAZONAS, para que cumpla con las funciones establecidas en la Ley N° 30057, Ley del Servicio Civil y su Reglamento General, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 040-2014-PCM.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DEJAR SIN EFECTO, todo acto administrativo de igual o menor jerarquía que se oponga a la presente resolución.

ARTÍCULO TERCERO: NOTIFÍQUESE la presente Resolución al designado y áreas orgánicas de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones - Amazonas, para conocimiento y fines pertinentes.
