Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones - Amazonas

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICO - FINANCIERA DEL CONTRATO DE EJECUCIÓN DENOMINADO: “ACTIVIDAD DE REPARACIÓN DE BADEN, REPARACIÓN MENOR DE CUNETAS Y ZANJAS DE CORONACIÓN REVESTIDAS DE LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL PAVIMENTADA RUTA AM – 105, TRAMO: EMP. PE – 5N – (DV. SAN MARTIN DE PORRAS) – SAN MARTIN DE PORRAS: HUAMBOYA – ORTIZ ARRIETA – EMP. PE – 5NG (LONYA GRANDE), MULTIDISTRITAL – PROVINCIA DE UTCUBAMBA – DEPARTAMENTO AMAZONAS”, por el monto de S/. 112,908.57 (Ciento Doce Mil Novecientos Ocho Con 57/100 Soles), ejecutado por el Contratista CONSORCIO ARES.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO); a favor del Contratista el CONSORCIO ARES, el cual asciende al monto de S/. 11,290.86 (Once mil doscientos noventa con 86/100 Soles).

ARTÍCULO TERCERO: NOTIFICAR la presente Resolución al Sr. ALEX ALEXANDERS QUISPE CHÁVEZ, en su calidad de Represente Común del contratista CONSORCIO ARES y a las instancias correspondientes de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones Amazonas.

ARTÍCULO CUARTO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
