ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: Declarar PROCEDENTE la solicitud presentada el 20 de marzo de 2025, sobre Nueva Habilitación Vehicular por Incremento, peticionada por la Empresa de Transporte “SERVICIOS MULTIPLE TRANS SERVIS KUELAP S.R.L.” con RUC N° 20613196472, debidamente representada por su Gerente General, el señor WILMER RABANAL VARGAS.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: AUTORIZAR LA HABILITACION VEHICULAR POR INCREMENTO DE FLOTA, del vehículo de placa de rodaje N° CRQ-612 de año modelo 2025, a favor de la empresa de transporte SERVICIOS MULTIPLE TRANS SERVIS KUELAP S.R.L. con RUC N° 20613196472 y registrada en la SUNARP con la Partida Registral N° 11050088, para prestar el SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE REGULAR DE PERSONAS DE ÁMBITO REGIONAL, en la ruta CHACHAPOYAS – SAN FRANCISCO DEL YESO (PROVINCIA LUYA) y viceversa, por el término de la Autorización establecida mediante RESOLUCIÓN DIRECTORAL REGIONAL SECTORIAL N° 0226-2025-GOBIERNO REGIONAL AMAZONAS/DRTC, de fecha 24/03/2025, por haber cumplido con el Reglamento Nacional de Administración de Transporte, aprobado por Decreto Supremo 017-2009-MTC y con lo establecido del TUPA institucional
