Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones - Amazonas

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICO - FINANCIERA DEL CONTRATO DE EJECUCIÓN DENOMINADO: “REPARACIÓN MENOR DE CUNETAS Y ZANJAS DE CORONACIÓN REVESTIDAS DE LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTA PAVIMENTADA RUTA AM-100, TRAMO: EMP. AM101 (BAGUA) - EL PARCO - LA PECA”, por el monto de S/ 36,500.00 (Treinta y Seis Mil Quinientos Con 00/100 Soles), el cual ha sido ejecutado al 100%.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO) por la suma de S/. 3,650.00 (Tres mil seiscientos cincuenta con 00/100 soles) a favor del Contratista AHUPA CONSULTORES Y CONSTRUCTORES S.C.R.L.

ARTÍCULO TERCERO: NOTIFICAR la presente Resolución a AUGUSTO HUAMÁN PAICO, en su calidad de Gerente General del contratista AHUPA CONSULTORES Y CONSTRUCTORES S.C.R.L. y a las instancias correspondientes de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones Amazonas.

ARTÍCULO CUARTO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
