ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA - FINANCIERA DE LA EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE “REPARACIÓN MENOR DE CUNETAS Y ZANJAS DE CORONACIÓN REVESTIDAS DE LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL PAVIMENTADA RUTA AM-102, TRAMO: EMP. PE-5N (PUERTO NARANJITOS) - PTE. UTCUBAMBA - NARANJITOS – MANDINGAS BAJO - MANDINGAS ALTO - EL RON – EL HEBRON – ALTO AMAZONAS - JOSÉ OLAYA - SANTA ISABEL - NARANJOS ALTO – LA CURVA SANTA CRUZ – PTO. NUEVO - EMP. AM-101 (DV. BAGUA GRANDE)”, por el monto total de S/. 115,518.57 (CIENTO QUINCE MIL QUINIENTOS DIECIOCHO CON 57/100 SOLES), el cual ha sido ejecutado al 100%.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO) por la suma de S/. 11,551.86 (ONCE MIL QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UNO CON 86/100 SOLES) a favor del Contratista “CONSORCIO EL HEBRON”.

ARTÍCULO TERCERO: NOTIFICAR la presente Resolución al contratista “CONSORCIO EL HEBRON” y a las instancias correspondientes de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones Amazonas. ARTÍCULO CUARTO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
