ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la PENALIDAD AL CONTRATISTA POR MORA EFECTUADO DURANTE LA EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO DE LA VÍA CON CÓDIGO DE RUTA AM- 113; presentado por el CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO VIAL AMAZONÍA”, Representante Legal Sr. Elmer Eduardo Guevara Quiñones; por el servicio de ejecución del “MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO DE LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL NO PAVIMENTADO RUTA AM – 113: “EMP. PE - 5N - MORERILLA - PUENTE PIEDRA - LA CRUZ BAJA - LA CRUZ ALTA - BUENA VISTA - MIRAFLORES - PERLAMAYO - LA UNIÓN - BANGUAR – NUEVA ESPERANZA - NUEVO ORIENTE - VISTA HERMOSA - EMP. AM - 103”- REGIÓN AMAZONAS; de acuerdo a los considerandos expuestos en la parte considerativa.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ACEPTACIÓN DE APLICACIÓN DE PENALIDAD por mora efectuado durante la EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO DE LA VÍA CON CÓDIGO DE RUTA AM113, siendo el monto de: S/ 32,761.04 (Treinta y Dos Mil Setecientos Sesenta y Uno con 04/100 Soles).
ARTÍCULO TERCERO: NOTIFICAR la presente Resolución al CONSORCIO VIAL AMAZONÍA con Representante Legal Sr. Elmer Eduardo Guevara Quiñones, Calle san Carlos N° 1115 sector el edén, Provincia Jaen departamento Cajamarca o Notificación Electrónica: 2ekacontratistas@gmail.com ).
ARTICULO TERCERO: NOTIFÍQUESE la presente resolución a la Dirección de Caminos e Infraestructura Aeroportuaria, para conocimiento y fines.
ARTICULO CUARTO: DISPONER a través del Responsable de la Oficina de Informática, la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Web de la Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones Amazonas.
