ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR LA LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA PARA LA SUPERVISION DEL SERVICIO DE LA “ACTIVIDAD DE CONSERVACIÓN Y REPARACIÓN MAYOR DE CUNETAS Y ZANJAS DE CORONACIÓN REVESTIDAS EN LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL AM-108, TRAMO: EMP. PE-08C – PACLAS – OLTO – LAMUD, REGIÓN AMAZONAS”, Ejecutado por EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO EJECUTOR SAN JERONIMO” representado por el Sr. Andrés Homero Llanos Sánchez y por parte de la SUPERVISOR representado por el Ing. Franklin Jhoel Peralta Peralta, por el monto total de S/ 18,200.00 (Dieciocho Mil Doscientos con 00/100 soles).

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO), por la suma de S/ 1,820.00 (Mil Ochocientos Veinte con 00/100 soles) a favor del SUPERVISOR representado por el Ing. Franklin Jhoel Peralta Peralta, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo.
