ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA para la SUPERVISIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE LA “ACTIVIDAD DE CONSERVACIÓN Y REPARACIÓN MAYOR DE CUNETAS Y ZANJAS DE CORONACIÓN REVESTIDAS EN LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL AM-112, TRAMO: PUSAC – CHUQUIBAMBA - REGION AMAZONAS”, Ejecutado por EL CONTRATISTA “CONSTRUCTORA NISACA MARAÑON EIRL” con Representante Legal Sr. Nilmer Isaias Sánchez Caro y por parte de la SUPERVISION “NALLUM INGENIEROS SAC” con Representante Común Sra. Delia M. Carrión Banda, por el monto total de S/ 7,390.00 (Siete Mil Trescientos Noventa con 00/100 soles).

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO), por la suma de S/ 739.00 (Setecientos Treinta y Nueve con 00/100 soles) a favor del EL CONTRATISTA “NALLUM INGENIEROS SAC” con Representante Común Sra. Delia M. Carrión Banda, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo.
