ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR LA LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA PARA LA EJECUCION DEL SERVICIO DE LA “ACTIVIDAD DE CONSERVACION Y REPARACION MAYOR DE ZANJAS DE DRENAJE Y OTRO ELEMENTO DE DRENAJE EN LA VIA DEPARTAMENTAL AM-113, TRAMO: EMP. PE-5N – MORERILLA – PUENTE PIEDRA – LA CRUZ BAJA – LA CRUZ ALTA – BUENA VISTA – MIRAFLORES – PERLAMAYO – LA UNION – BANGUAR – NUEVA ESPERANZA – NUEVO ORIENTE – VISTA HERMOSA – EMP. AM-103”, Ejecutado por EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO SERVICIOS GENERALES” representado por el Sra. Nory Tocto Garcia y por parte de la SUPERVISION “NALLUM INGENIEROS” representada por el Sra. Delia M. Carrión Banda, por el monto total de S/ 314,083.15 (Trescientos Catorce Mil Ochenta y Tres con 15/100 soles).

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO), por la suma de S/ 31,408.32 (Treinta y Un Mil Cuatrocientos Ocho con 32/100 soles) a favor del EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO SERVICIOS GENERALES” representado por el Sra. Nory Tocto Garcia, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo.
