SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA para la SUPERVISIÓN DEL SERVICIO DEL “MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO DEL TRAMO DE LA RED VIAL DEPARTAMENTAL: AM 114 “EMP. PE - 5N – EL MANANTIAL – VISTA HERMOSA – BARRIO SAN JUAN – SANTA CLARA – ALTO PERU – ROSA PAMPA – SAN MIGUEL – GRACIAS A DIOS – LA UNION – ZAPATALGO – EMP. AM -105”, Ejecutado por EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO ROSA PAMPA” representado por el Sr. Roberth Brayan Goñas Puscan y la SUPERVISIÓN “CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR ALTO PERU” representado por la Sra. Mónica Leticia Muñoz Tuesta, por el monto total de S/ 272, 457. 00 (Doscientos setenta y dos mil cuatrocientos cincuenta y siete con 00/100 soles).
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la DEVOLUCIÓN por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO), por la suma de S/ 27, 245. 70 (Veintisiete mil doscientos cuarenta cinco con 70/100 soles) a favor del “CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR ALTO PERU” representado por la Sra. Mónica Leticia Muñoz Tuesta, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo luego de quedar Consentida la presente Resolución.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
ARTÍCULO CUARTO: NOTIFÍQUESE al “CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR ALTO PERU” representado por el Sra. Mónica Leticia Muñoz Tuesta, la presente Resolución, en su domicilio legal sito en el Jr. Libertad N°734 – 2° Piso, Distrito y Provincia de Chachapoyas, Departamento de Amazonas o al correo electrónico monik252208@gmail.com.
