ARTICULO PRIMERO: RESOLVER Parcialmente el Contrato N° 018-2019-GG-PERPG/GR.MOQ entre la Entidad y EMPRESA EJECSUR CONSULTORES Y CONTRATISTAS DEL SUR S.A.C., para la "SERVICIO DE CONSULTORÍA PARA LA ELABORACION DEL ESTUDIO BASE DE BATIMETRÍA DEL EMBALSE PASTO GRANDE", correspondiente al incumplimiento del tercer y cuarto entregable del contrato, por el monto de S/ 231,599.40 soles, equivalente al 60% del contrato, por las consideraciones expuestas en los documentos adjuntos
