ORDENAR la SUSPENSIÓN TEMPORAL de las acciones de cobranza de los procedimientos de ejecución coactiva seguidos bajo los expedientes N°s 0138-2015, 0405-2015, 0436-2015, 0007-2016, 0136-2016, 0377-2016, 0183-2017, 0012-2018, 0026-2018, 0076-2018, 0085-2018, 0087-2018, 0088-2018, 0114-2018, 0148-2018, 0252-2018, 0257-2018, 0260-2018, 0276-2018, 0321-2018, 0323-2018 y 0407-2018, al haberse determinado la incobrabilidad de la deuda contenida en las Resoluciones Directorales N°s 1093-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 1195-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 1243-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 231-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 728-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 227-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 541-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 073-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 155-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 213-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 215-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 243-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 244-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 451-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 364-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 374-2015-OSINFOR- DSPAFFS, 595-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 010-2017-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 066-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 805-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 046-2017-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS y
028-2018-OSINFOR-DFFFS; respectivamente; debiendo entenderse que la suspensión no significa la extinción de la obligación materia de cobranza.
