ORDENAR la SUSPENSIÓN TEMPORAL de las acciones de cobranza de los procedimientos de ejecución coactiva seguidos bajo los expedientes N°s 0020-2015, 0050-2015, 0056-2015, 0122-2015, 0248-2015, 0382-2015, 0397-2015, 0488-2015, 0022-2016, 0034-2016, 0059-2016, 0221-2016, 0251-2016, 0284-2016, 0325-2016, 0358-2016, 0418-2016, 0423-2016 y 0018-2017, al haberse determinado la incobrabilidad de las deudas contenidas en las Resoluciones Directorales N°s 358-2014- SINFOR-DSPAFFS, 420-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 418-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 338-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 1187-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 060-2015-OSINFOR- SPAFFS, 666-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 382-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 326-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 396-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 292-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 029-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 071-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 832-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 134-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 098-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 323-2016- SINFOR-DSPAFFS, 463-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS y 533-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS; respectivamente; debiendo entenderse que la suspensión no significa la extinción de la obligación materia de cobranza.
