ORDENAR la SUSPENSIÓN TEMPORAL de las acciones de cobranza de los procedimientos de ejecución coactiva seguidos bajo los expedientes N°s, 0309- 2014, 0105-2015, 0118-2015, 0305-2015, 0340-2015, 0354-2015, 0452-2015, 0064-2016, 0146- 2016, 0178-2016, 0189-2016, 0192-2016, 0242-2016, 0292-2016, 0312-2016, 0324-2016, 0408- 2016, 0024-2017, 0028-2017, 0053-2017, 0097-2017, 0115-2017, 0139-2017, 0177-2017, 0345- 2017 y 0144-2018, al haberse determinado la incobrabilidad de la deuda contenida en las Resoluciones Directorales N°s,176-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 698-2014-OSINFOR- DSPAFFS, 933-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 010-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 652-2014- OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 087-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 170-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 196-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 597-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 753-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 684-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 028-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 371-2015-OSINFOR- DSPAFFS, 046-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 132-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 127-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 745-2015-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 496-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 445-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 501-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 466-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 261-2012-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 467-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 725-2016-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 015-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 257-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS respectivamente; debiendo entenderse que la suspensión no significa la extinción de la obligación materia de
cobranza.
