ORDENAR la SUSPENSIÓN TEMPORAL de las acciones de cobranza de los procedimientos de ejecución coactiva seguidos bajo los expedientes N°s 0002-2012, 0032-2012, 0147-2013, 0181-2013, 0182-2013, 0188-2013, 0189-2013, 0194-2013, 0195-2013, 0216-2013, 0273-2014, 0289-2014, 0039-2015, 0054-2015, 0168-2015, 0410-2015, 0328-2017 y 0014-2020 al haberse determinado la incobrabilidad de la deuda contenida en las Resoluciones Directorales N°s 192-2011-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 235-2011-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 645-2012-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 214-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 215-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 249-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 211-2013-OSINFORDSPAFFS, 250-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 212-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 213-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 418-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 417-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 444-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 408-2013-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS y 445-2013-OSINFORDSPAFFS, 1213-2014-OSINFOR-DSPAFFS, 148-2017-OSINFOR-DFFFS, 304-2019-OSINFOR-DFFFS respectivamente; debiendo entenderse que la suspensión no significa la extinción de la obligación materia de cobranza.
