APROBAR la "'DIRECTIVA DE TRANSFERENCIA, EJECUCIÓN, CONTROL Y BUEN USO DE LOS RECURSOS PRESUPUESTARIOS DE LAS MUNICIPALIDADES DE LOS CENTROS POBLADOS", la misma que como anexo forma parte integrante del presente acto resolutivo.
