ARTICULO PRIMERO - DESIGNAR  al Arq. FRANK HAROLD RODRIGUEZ CONTRERAS (Sub Gerente de Planificación Urbano y Rural) las Funciones como AUTORIDAD  INSTRUCTORA DEL  PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO SANCIONADOR ESPECIAL  (PASE) Y ORGANO   INSTRUCTOR  DEL  PROCEDIMIENTO  ADMINISTRATIVO  SANCIONADOR  (PAS)  DE  LA  GERENCIA DE DESARROLLO  URBANO   RURAL  DE LA  MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL  DE VILLA  RICA,  con eficacia anticipada  desde el  13 de marzo del  2024, en adición a sus  funciones,  en virtud de los fundamentos glosados  en los considerandos del  presente acto resolutivo.
