RESUELVE:
Articulo Primero. - DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE, la solicitud de AMPLIACIÓN DE PLAZO por (61) DÍAS CALENDARIOS a la novena y décima entrega del CONTRATO N° 016.A-2025-OGAF-MDV/LC, para la CONTRATACIÓN DE SUMINISTRO DE CEMENTO PORTLAND TIPO IP POR 42.50 KG para el proyecto “MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CARRETERA SAN MARI NO-VILCABAMBA, CUENCA DE VILCABAMBA, DISTRITO DE VILCABAMBA, LA CONVENCIÓN - CUSCO”, peticionado por el contratista MAFETSUR INVERSIONES GENERALES SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA CERRADA, con RUC N° 20527612129, por no enmarcarse a lo establecido en el literal b) del numeral 158.1 y 158.2 del artículo 158° del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado.
