RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - RESOLVER DE FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE SERVICIO N° 0860-2025, suscrito con el contratista MENDOZA VELÁSQUEZ MARCELINO con RUC N° 10239937751, para el SERVICIO DE CONTRATACIÓN DE UN EXPERTO INDEPENDIENTE PARA REALIZAR LAS ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS DE LOS INSUMOS PARA EL PROGRAMA VASO DE LECHE - PVL, para la actividad “BRINDAR ASISTENCIA ALIMENTARIA”, por un monto contractual de S/. 3,000.00 (Tres mil con 00/100 Soles), de conformidad al literal a) del numeral 68.1 del artículo 68° de la Ley N° 32069 - Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas, concordante con el numeral 122.4 del artículo 122° del Reglamento, en atención al Informe N° 059-2025-PVL-GDSSM-MDV/LC, Informe N° 1071-2025-GM-GDSSM-MDV/LC e Informe N° 1254-2025-GM-OGAF-UAL-MDV/LC.
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - RESOLVER DE FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE SERVICIO N° 0860-2025, suscrito con el contratista MENDOZA VELÁSQUEZ MARCELINO con RUC N° 10239937751, para el SERVICIO DE CONTRATACIÓN DE UN EXPERTO INDEPENDIENTE PARA REALIZAR LAS ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS DE LOS INSUMOS PARA EL PROGRAMA VASO DE LECHE - PVL, para la actividad “BRINDAR ASISTENCIA ALIMENTARIA”, por un monto contractual de S/. 3,000.00 (Tres mil con 00/100 Soles), de conformidad al literal a) del numeral 68.1 del artículo 68° de la Ley N° 32069 - Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas, concordante con el numeral 122.4 del artículo 122° del Reglamento, en atención al Informe N° 059-2025-PVL-GDSSM-MDV/LC, Informe N° 1071-2025-GM-GDSSM-MDV/LC e Informe N° 1254-2025-GM-OGAF-UAL-MDV/LC.
