ARTÍCULO 1.- APROBAR el Reconocimiento de la Municipalidad Distrital de Ventanilla, a favor del señor JOHN MICHAEL LAYSECA MONTES, otorgándole el "TROFEO AL MÉRITO", por sus 25 años de trayectoria artística como bailarín y coreógrafo profesional y aporte cultural a Ventanilla.
