APROBAR el PROGRAMA DE TRANSICIÓN AL MARCO DE LAS NORMAS INTERNACIONALES DE CONTABILIDAD DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO NICSP DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE URUBAMBA. Propuesta por la Comisión Especial de Transición (CET), la misma que forma parte en anexo de la presente resolución.
