DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE la solicitud de cambio de residente de obra: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE EDUCACIÓN DE NIVEL INICIAL DE LA I.E N° 1058 DE LA MARGEN IZQUIERDA DEL C.P EL CARMEN, DISTRITO DE TAMBOGRANDE - PROVINCIA DE PIURA - DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA" META: CONSTRUCCIÓN DE CERCO PERIMÉTRICO, PORTADA DE INGRESO Y SALÓN DE USOS MÚLTIPLES CON CÓDIGO ÚNICO DE INVERSIONES N° 2368598, presentada por el CONSORCIO EL CARMEN, a través de la Carta N° 010-2023-CONSORCIO EL CARMEN/RC de fecha 07 de diciembre de 2023.
