Resolución Sub Gerencial N.° 0692-07-2018-MPT

RESUELVE: PRIMERO: TENER por no presentado el descargo de la PAPELETA DE INFRACCIÓN AL TRÁNSITO N° 003654 aplicada al infractor SR. JOEL REYES NAVARRO, de conformidad a los fundamentos esgrimidos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución. SEGUNDO: DISPONER se efectúe el pago por parte del infractor SR. JOEL REYES NAVRRO según lo indicado en la PAPELETA DE INFRACCIÓN AL TRÁNSITO N° 003654 aplicada al referido Sr., por haber cometido la infracción tipificada con el CÓDIGO G.25 DEL REGLAMENTO NACIONAL DE TRÁNSITO, que como sanción pecuniaria equivale al 8% DE UNA UIT, como sanción pecuniaria. TERCERO: ACUMULAR 20 puntos al SR. JOEL REYES NAVARRO por infringir el dispositivo legal, conforme a PAPELETA DE INFRACCIÓN AL TRÁNSITO N° 003654, como sanción no pecuniaria. CUARTO: TÉNGASE por FINALIZADO el presente procedimiento administrativo sancionador, que tiene en el mismo como infractor al SR. JOEL REYES NAVARRO, según PAPELETA DE INFRACCIÓN AL TRÁNSITO N° 003654. QUINTO: ENCARGAR a la Jefatura de la Oficina de Administración Tributaria la cobranza de la infracción comprendida en la PAPELETA DE LA INFRACCIÓN AL TRÁNSITO N° 003654. SEXTO: AUTORIZAR a la Oficina
