Municipalidad Provincial de Talara

SE RESUELVE:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR LA SEPARACiÓN CONVENCIONAL de JESUS MONCADA ZAPATA y GISSELA BOULANGGER AVALO, suspendiéndose los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación, dando por fenecido el regimen patrimonial de sociedad de gananciales, quedando subsistente el vinculo matrimonial.

ARTICULO TERCERO.- ENCARGAR al Área de Divorcios Administrativos y Secretaría General, dar cumplimiento de la presente Resolución.
