ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- ACEPTAR el desistimiento formulado por la empresa CARLOS CARLOS YODELINDA MARISOL, representada por su Gerente General el señor CARLOS CARLOS YODELINDA MARISOL, y, en consecuencia, DECLARAR CONCLUIDO el procedimiento de Inspección Técnica de Seguridad en Edificaciones – ITSE, iniciado mediante Expediente N° 40967-2025, respecto al inmueble ubicado en PJ. PASAJE 01 N° 108 - B - BLOCK - CDRA. 8 DE VILLARÁN, distrito de Surquillo.
