ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - RECTIFICAR el error material incurrido en la Resolución Subgerencial N° D003223-2025- SCA-GDE-MDS de fecha 18 de septiembre de 2025, correspondiente al Expediente N° 26644-2025 y motivado por el Informe N° 209-2025-JVF-SCA-GDE-MDS, de la siguiente forma:
DICE: “LOGO + IMAGEN + TE REGALAMOS + REPSOLES QUE SON + COMO SOLES + POR CASA S/ 10 DE COMBUSTIBLE GANA STICKER PARA + CANJEAR PRODUCTOS EN NUESTRAS TIENDAS”
DEBE DECIR: “LOGO + PARAÍSO + GOODREAM + DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO”
