ARTÍCULO 1°.- OTORGAR LA MEDALLA AL MÉRITO SURQUILLANO al deportista EZEQUIEL ORMEÑO SÁNCHEZ, CAMPEÓN NACIONAL 1.115 LUCHA OLÍMPICA ESTILO LIBRE, en reconocimiento a su desempeño, y su valioso aporte al deporte peruano.
