ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - Declarar PROCEDENTE la solicitud de prescripción presentada por CUATRISERVICE E.I.R.L. a través del Documento Simple N° 35636-2024, de fecha 20 de noviembre de 2024; en consecuencia, téngase por extinguida las Resoluciones de Sanción Administrativa N° 000336-2015- GDU/MDS y N° 000626-2015-GDU/MDS.
