ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- Declarar la SEPARACIÓN CONVENCIONAL de los cónyuges BORIS ALEXANDHER ORTEGA LESCANO, identificado con DNI Nº 02897733 y NORMA PATRICIA VILLAVICENCIO SANCHEZ identificada con DNI N° 08891346, suspendiéndose los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación, quedando subsistente el vínculo matrimonial y fenecido el régimen patrimonial de la sociedad de gananciales.
