ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - Declarar la SEPARACIÓN CONVENCIONAL de los cónyuges JUAN GERMAN ORRILLO PEREZ, identificado con DNI Nº 41654233 y KAREN JACKELINE HUGO TICONA identificada con DNI 06807057, suspendiéndose los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación, quedando subsistente el vínculo matrimonial y fenecido el régimen patrimonial de la sociedad de gananciales.
