ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - Declarar la SEPARACIÓN CONVENCIONAL de los cónyuges WILBER EDGAR CARRILLO CHACON, identificado con DNI Nº 08889991 y KATYA NOELIA SILVA BARRIOS identificada con DNI 10348796, suspendiéndose los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación, quedando subsistente el vínculo matrimonial y fenecido el régimen patrimonial de la sociedad de gananciales.
