ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - Declarar la SEPARACIÓN CONVENCIONAL de los cónyuges MARIO JUAN FELIX AVILES, identificado con DNI Nº 08837825 y ROSA MARIA MARTELL MARTELL identificada con DNI N° 07458679, suspendiéndose los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación, quedando subsistente el vínculo matrimonial y fenecido el régimen patrimonial de la sociedad de gananciales.
