Resolución de Alcaldía que aprueba Dar cumplimiento el mandato judicial de acuerdo a la Resolución Nº Dos (02) de fecha 27 de junio del 2023 (AUTO QUE CONCEDE MEDIDA CAUTELAR DENTRO DEL PROCESO), emitida por el Juzgado Especializado de Trabajo SUP - Sede Principal - Corte Superior de Justicia de Sullana, SE RESUELVE: CONCEDER LA MEDIDA CAUTELAR DE REPOSICIÓN PROVISIONAL, DENTRO DEL PROCESO, QUE HA SIDO PRESENTADA POR DON PARCEMON TOMAS CORTES TORRES, CONTRA LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE SULLANA, CON EMPLAZAMIENTO DE LA PROCURADURÍA PÚBLICA DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE SULLANA.
