ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR; EL "PLAN VIAL PROVINCIAL PARTICIPATIVO DE LA PROVINCIA DE SECHURA", el cual consta de 02 PARTES Y 10 CAPÍTULOS, presentado por el Equipo Técnico ante los Integrantes del Comité Directivo del Plan Vial Provincial Participativo-PVPP mediante Acta de fecha 21 de Diciembre de 2021, que como Anexo forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza Municipal.
