ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - Declarar IMPROCEDENTE la solicitud de AMPLIACIÓN DE PLAZO PARCIAL N°01 DE LA OBRA: "CREACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DEPORTIVOS Y RECREATIVOS EN EL POLIDEPORTIVO SAN CRISTO DISTRITO DE CRISTO NOS VALGA, PROVINCIA DE SECHURA-PIURA" por 34 días calendarios, presentada por el Contratista-CLASILL Contratistas Generales S.A.C, todo ello por no acogerse a la normatividad vigente y conforme a los parámetros técnicos y jurídicos que fundamentan el presente informe legal.
