ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR INFUNDADO EL RECURSO DE APELACIÓN INTERPUESTO CONTRA LA RESOLUCIÓN GERENCIAL N°075-2021-MPS/GM, por los fundamentos expuestos en la presente resolución. De acuerdo a los considerandos precedentes y al art. 48 del Decreto Legislativo 276, Art. 39° y 40° del D.S.005-90-PCM, Art. 8° del TUO de la Ley N°27444-Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General aprobado por D.S. N°004-2019-JUS, art. 217° numeral 217.1 y el art. 219° de la Ley N°27444-Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General, aprobado por D.S. N°004-2019-JUS.
