"ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- RECONCOCER a favor del Sr. JHONATAN ALEXANDER CHAPILLIQUÉN SANCHEZ, identificado con DNI N° 43382391, el PAGO DE BENEFICIOS SOCIALES por el monto total de S/. 7,027.47 (SIETE MIL VEINTISIETE CON 47/100 SOLES), por los con conceptos de VACACIONES TRUNCAS Y PAGO DE AGUINALDO NAVIDAD correspondientes a los años 2019, bajo el régimen laboral del Decreto Legislativo N° 276 y PAGO DE VACACIONES TRUNCAS Y AGUINALDOS DE FIESTAS PATRIAS Y NAVIDAD correspondientes al año 2020, bajo el régimen laboral del Decreto Legislativo N° 1057; dicho monto total, incluye los aportes del empleador a Essalud (9 %); conforme a las consideraciones expuestas en la presente Resolución
