ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR PROCEDENTE la solicitud presentada por el Representante Legal del CONSORCIO PARQUE., en consecuencia Aceptar el cambio de residente de obra al ING. FRANK OLIVER ORDINOLA LAO CON CIP N° 74332, quien asumirá a partir de la fecha el Cargo de Residente de la Obra: "MEJORAMIENTO URBANÍSTICO EN LA CALLE CIRCUNVALACIÓN INGRESO PRINCIPAL C.P SAN CLEMENTE ETAPA 1 DEL DISTRITO DE BELLAVISTA DE LA UNIÓN, PROVINCIA DE SECHURA, DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA" CUI N° 2462344; conforme a las consideraciones antes expuestas.
