AUTORIZAR AL PROCURADOR PÚBLICO MUNICIPAL, ABG VICTOR HUGO BUSTAMANTE APARICIO, ejercer las funciones,continuar e impulsar las acciones legales pertinentes,sobre la denuncia de CONEXIONES CLANDESTINAS

ARTICULO PRIMERO.- AUTORIZAR AL PROCURADOR PÚBLICO MUNICIPAL, ABG VICTOR HUGO BUSTAMANTE APARICIO, ejercer las funciones, continuar e impulsar las acciones legales pertinentes, sobre la denuncia de CONEXIONES CLANDESTINAS EN LINEA DE IMPULSIÓN DE AGUA - ALTOS NEGROS asimismo tomar las acciones correspondientes hasta hallar a los responsables en coordinación con la GERENCIA DE ASESORÍA JURÍDICA de la Municipalidad Provincial de Sechura.
