ARTÍCULO 1.- APERTURAR PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO DISCIPLINARIO contra el Servidor Municipal ING. JUAN FRANCISCO CHUNGA CARRERA, quien se desempeñó como Sub Gerente de Catastro y Desarrollo Urbano y Rural de la Municipalidad Provincial de Sechura, durante los años, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 y 2010; por encontrarse inmerso en lo establecido en los artículos 25°, 26° y 28° del Decreto Legislativo N° 276, Ley de Bases de la Carrera Administrativa y en los artículos 150°, 151°, 155° y 163° de su Reglamento aprobado mediante Decreto Supremo N° 005-90-PCM.
