ARTICULO PRIMERO.- AUTORIZAR AL PROCURADOR PÚBLICO MUNICIPAL, ABG JUAN MODESTO ZAVALETA MARTINEZ, ejercer las funciones, continuar e impulsar las acciones legales pertinentes, sobre la denuncia de CONEXIONES CLANDESTINAS EN LINEA DE IMPULSIÓN DE AGUA ALTOS NEGROS asimismo tomar las acciones correspondientes hasta hallar a los responsables en coordinación con la GERENCIA DE ASESORÍA JURÍDICA de la Municipalidad Provincial de Sechura.
